I don't remember, but I think you can make a commandline.txt and put " -scOfflineOnly", that way the game will only start up into singleplayer, which I think it might disable the online promotions maybe. Give it a try. If it doesn't do shit, you can delete the commandline.txt file. Alright, I'll give it a shot when I get a chance.
